About Us - An introduction

I set up NOFUS in 2003 following a lengthy managerial career in Local Government. The ethos underpinning my new venture was, I felt, that I could combine my ability to communicate effectively including being able to listen to the clients requirements with a property related service that was prompt, reliable, efficient and of high quality. In addition to these elements, my continuing aim is to complete contracts on budget and with as little stress to the client as is feasibly possible. Although NOFUS may not always be the cheapest, the service it provides more than makes up for any additional expense…. ask our past clients!

Currently NOFUS is based just outside Pontypridd in South Wales. Although we are a small family run business, we pride ourselves on being able to deliver high quality garden, property and construction services to both domestic and business clients. Although this work is predominantly undertaken in the immediate South Wales region, we are prepared to provide services to clients on a national basis and have already been known to undertake private work beyond the British Isles.

From our home base, NOFUS is able to prepare design drawings using the latest CAD package for all aspects of our work including Planning & Building Regulations. We are underpinned by relevant liability insurances for both clients and employees and are a current member of the Federation of Master Builders.

As with all building companies, on occasion we employ the services of specialist sub-contractors and are satisfied when we do, that they are appropriately certificated as is required under relevant construction legislation.
